Will the child look like mine?
Your child's photo guides the character, and we check appearance and continuity across the complete book. The illustrations are an artistic interpretation rather than a photograph, but important features should remain recognizable. If something needs adjustment, include it in your consolidated revision.
What if the story gets a detail wrong?
You read the complete private proof before final approval. If a name, phrase, clothing color, object, relationship, or event detail is wrong, collect the corrections into your included consolidated revision so we can update the book consistently.
What if the result misses the approved memory?
Your confirmed brief remains our reference. If the proof clearly misses the central memory or an important relationship, tell us before approval. We first use the included revision to resolve it; if it still clearly falls outside the brief, you can request a refund review under our policy.
