Delivery, revisions, and photo privacy
Here is what you will receive, when to expect it, and how small, in-scope revisions work after ordering.
Private digital storybook delivery
Your private page-turning storybook includes 13–18 total pages, adapted to the child’s age, including the cover and keepsake pages. A downloadable high-resolution PDF is included for personal printing and safekeeping.
Production time
Your first private proof is expected within 48–72 hours after payment. Final delivery timing may change depending on the included revision.
One consolidated revision
Your package includes one consolidated revision. Please submit names, dedications, clear details, small illustration adjustments, or layout issues together while reviewing. Rewriting the whole story, remaking the book, or adding a new story direction is not included.
Refunds
Because every book is made to order, please contact us before approving the proof if you need help. An order can usually be cancelled before production begins; after that, we will first provide the agreed consolidated revision. If the finished book clearly falls outside the approved brief and cannot be resolved, contact support about an appropriate refund. Orders are normally non-refundable after approval and download.
Photos & privacy
Uploaded photos are private by default and used only to fulfill this order. They may be securely processed by contracted creative technology providers solely for production, are never reused for another LoreHue order, and are shown publicly only with separate family permission. Contact support after delivery to request deletion.
Private links
Private storybook links are excluded from search indexing. Keep the link within your family and contact support@lorehue.com if you need access help or want an old link revoked.
