Delivery, revisions, and photo privacy
Here is what you will receive, when to expect it, and how small, in-scope revisions work after ordering.
Digital PDF delivery
Your picture book has about 13–18 pages, including a cover, dedication page, age-appropriate story, blessing page, and back cover. After you approve the preview, your private delivery page provides a high-resolution PDF download. Printing and shipping are not included.
Production time
Your first preview is expected within 1–3 days after payment. Final delivery timing may change depending on the agreed revision.
One consolidated revision
Your package includes one consolidated revision. Please submit names, dedications, clear details, small illustration adjustments, or layout issues together while reviewing. Rewriting the whole story, remaking the book, or adding a new story direction is not included.
Refunds
Because every book is made to order, please contact us before approving the preview if you need help. An order can usually be cancelled before production begins; after that, we will first provide the agreed consolidated revision. If the finished book clearly falls outside the agreed scope and cannot be resolved, contact support about a refund based on the order stage. Orders are normally non-refundable after approval and download.
Photos & privacy
Uploaded photos are private by default and used only as character reference for this order. They are shown publicly only when a family separately authorizes that use, and are never reused for another order. Upload only photos you have the right to use. You may ask support to delete them after the order is complete.
